  Our group of four recently went horseback riding at River Valley Ranch. The location and horses were good overall, and we were excited for the experience, especially since some of us were first-time riders. However, our guide Abbie made the experience uncomfortable. She came across as rude and impatient during the ride. Some of the horses would stop or only follow the horse in front, which is normal for beginners, but instead of helping calmly, she spoke with attitude and had a harsh tone several times. We were there to have fun and enjoy the ride, but her behavior really changed the mood for our group. The ranch itself was fine, but based on our experience, I would not recommend Abbie as a guide.

  It was one of the best experiences. Staff, horses, and areas were awesome and peaceful. I got Teddy, and he gave me a great ride through the whole trip. The staff was great, she checked on everyone to be sure all the customers and horses were okay before continuing the trail. Parking was big, and there were so many horses to take turns. 20/10. Love it. ❤️. Would like to visit again.

  My hubby surprised me with a trip here for our 5th anniversary this year and it was amazing! The staff are great to work with and we had such a great time. I got the opportunity to ride speckles who is absolutely amazing to ride such a great horse. And Ryan rode duke who is a great horse as well he just wanted to snack a whole bunch 😂 we will absolutely be returning in the future! Thank you so much for the amazing opportunity and even better the pricing to ride is so reasonable and affordable a great thing to do with friends or family! Whether you have riding experience or not they welcome all!

  We had a fantastic horseback riding experience! The entire team was friendly, caring, and clearly passionate about both the riders and the horses. The horses were calm, well-trained, and very well cared for. Our guides did an excellent job prioritizing safety for both the riders and the horses. They gave clear instructions throughout the ride and made sure everyone had a safe and enjoyable experience. A special thank you to Abby, who was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about everyone's experience. Regarding the negative review from Azad66 Raha, I and others personally witnessed the situation. The rider was repeatedly and politely asked to slow down for the horse's well-being, and the reasons were explained clearly. The requests were ignored. After the ride, he, being a grown man, heckled Abby (a young woman btw) and stated that he would leave a negative Google review. Weak and pathetic. I would absolutely recommend this stable to anyone looking for a safe, enjoyable horseback riding experience.
