If you would like to link to us

Entirely optional, and it does not affect whether you get listed. Plenty of people like to, so here is how we would do it.

Put it on a real page: a resources list, or an article where it belongs. A footer or sidebar link that appears on every page is worth less to both of us.
Point it at whichever page of ours actually fits what you are writing about. Our home page is fine if nothing else does.
Write the link text yourself. Our name, or a few words that describe the page.
