  From lafayette we had a outstanding vacation. This is a beautiful place, very quiet. The staff are wonderful felt like family. They had a potluck, they have trails to ride horses as well as a petting zoo for the children. By far the best place that we have stayed in a while. It felt like true camping and not just a cement slab. They have nice wooded areas. Very country theme would highly recommend this place in very affordable.

  We made a last minute reservation for horse riding. Sweetwater was able to work with us and fulfill our request during busy holidays. We had 3 first time riders with 2 being children. The staff worked well with them and ensured a great and memorable ride. Good people and good times.

  Nothing restores the mind, body and soul like a weekend at Sweetwater Campground! A beautiful campground with more amenities than you can use! The kids will love the petting zoo, tractor rides, swimming in the pool, riding opportunities, fishing at the pond or having a good time at the playground! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and everything was clean and well kept. Sweetwater Campground will be included in our future camping plans, for sure!

  Great place! Danny and Rinn helped us our entire stay and made sure we had everything we needed! They were more than amazing! Hard workers, extremely caring, friendly, and good company! They helped make the weekend stress free and fun for everyone! Very accommodating!
