  My daughter developed an interest in horses, and we decided to enroll her in lessons. I was looking for a place that prioritized safety, knowledge, and experience, along with well-cared-for horses. We were recommended to Kerry, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Kerry takes exceptional care of her horses, and safety is always her top priority. She is incredibly knowledgeable and maintains consistency in her teaching methods. What I appreciate most is her ability to gauge when to gently push the kids to challenge themselves and when to let them take their time to build confidence. Kerry sets high standards, both in her lessons and for horse boarding and training. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking quality instruction and care for their horses

  We have been doing lessons & shows with Kerry for over a year. We started with a timid 5 year old rider who has developed into a confident 7 year old. Kerry is patient and firm, which exactly what my child needs in a coach. Her dedication to her students is unmatched! Kerry has taken time out of her personal schedule to evaluate our own personal horses and their potential without asking for financial reimbursement. I would recommend without hesitation!

  Friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help not only understand the rider but what the rider wants to accomplish. A little out of the way, but a great trainer and boarder! It's been 5 years since I wrote the above review so I figured it was time to update it. Since that review Kerry and her staff have coached one of my girls through a win at State and I think we have several more that might make it this year! We remain thrilled at the dedication, skill and kindness they have shown us throughout the years. Kerry's horsemanship is the best we've seen - and we've worked with many trainers over the years. She loves her ponies and it shows in how she treats them and their riders. Pic of my Missy added :) It's been another year of great service with Kerry and her team. Over the past year my kids have won awards at both the local and State level thanks to the guidance and support from Painted Ponies. One thing I have not seen mentioned in other reviews is the scope of their services -- if it's equestrian related they likely do it! Kerry does an amazing job at understanding both the rider and their equestrian partner and creating a training program that helps both succeed and grow. Thank you again for another amazing year!

  Kerri is an exceptional instructor. I say that as someone who has been through several instructors and training over a 30 year professional career, She is dedicated to the well being of the animals under her care and the success and safety of her students. She is no nonsense when it comes to these principles. If you want top equestrian services at reasonable prices and a family atmosphere this is your place.
