  This place was amazing. They gave you lessons prior to riding and explained everything in detail before getting on your house. We did the two hour ride which went up one side of a mountain and back down. We spent some time at the top of the mountain for photos. It was awesome. All the employees were very professional and friendly I would definitely recommend them

  My wife and I took our second ride at Mountain View Rocking B Ranch. This is our new favorite place to ride. Our first ride was a one hour trail ride through the forest. It was amazing. Our ride today was the two hour breakfast ride. It was better than amazing. We saw deer and chipmunks just off the trail. Our horses were very forgiving and well behaved. So far, we have ridden Blondie, Dillinger, Peanut and Ringo. The hands do a quick safety presentation and match you to a horse geared to your skill or need. That level of forethought and care is very welcoming and perfect for people new to riding. They have a policy of no phones on the trail, but for the breakfast ride, they will transport whatever you need to the breakfast site for you. That includes phones and glucose meters. That is handy. Breakfast was simple and filling: berries, biscuits, eggs, bacon, danish. The coffee was shockingly good. The meal site is a small bridge over a creek. We loved it. We can't wait to come back.

  Our family had an amazing first horseback riding experience here! We did the one-hour trail ride and it was the perfect amount of time for our family. We came with our 3 kids, and they all had such a great time. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the start. The trail was beautiful and made for a really enjoyable ride. The horses were calm, well-behaved, and very easy to control, which made it perfect for beginners like us. The kids absolutely loved it and are already asking to go back. Highly recommend for families!

  This was the second year doing the junior ride with my daughter. The ladies that get us ready for the ride are always so sweet and helpful, the horses are well taken care of. We picked this ranch specifically for the shorter trail ride which is a perfect step up from a typical pony ride. It’s a great little adventure with your younger kids! Can’t wait for a full length ride next year. Highly recommend!
