  I wanted to learn a new skill for a hobbie and I was thrilled to find this place. Linda is the best teacher that I’ve ever had and she’s awesome! I needed some therapy with horses for my mental health and to cope with my Autism Spectrum Disorder. The barn looks very well organized and Linda and her husband Andy are very polite to me, making me feel comfortable and welcome. Thank You Linda! I enjoy riding at this place

  During my time riding with Linda, I went from being a beginner to a confident rider and working student. Linda always challenges her riders, while keeping things fun. While riding with Linda a learned a lot about horsemanship, proper horse care, confidence, and consistent hard work. Some of the qualities that set Linda apart from other instructors is her ability to adapt her teaching and explanation of horsemanship concepts for the beginner (youth or adult), intermediate, and advanced rider, her genuine care for the safety of her horses and riders alike, and the depth of knowledge that she shares with her students. Whether you are looking for riding lessons to better your skills as you ride for pleasure or trainer to coach you in the show ring (schooling or rated shows), riding with Linda will advance your skills.

  Linda is an extremely patient and knowledgeable instructor who instills confidence in her students and sets them up for success with every ride. She makes lessons fun and enjoyable and has the best horses to learn with! Her horses are very well loved and get the best care.

  Linda at the Metro West Riding Academy is a class act! Linda has deep knowledge, without any pretentiousness and can skillfully teach any level, or age of rider. We truly appreciate her patience, enthusiasm and kindness. We have also fallen in love with her capable school horses and how Linda generously takes time to teach us horsemanship before and after our lessons. Lessons here are pure joy!
