  I had the most amazing experience at Piscataway Riding Stables for my very first horseback riding adventure! From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel welcome, comfortable, and excited for the experience. I had the pleasure of riding King, who truly lived up to his name. He was such a gentle giant and treated me like the perfect gentleman, making my first ride unforgettable. I couldn’t have asked for a better horse to build my confidence. A special thank you to Nick, our tour guide, and Ambrosia (not sure if that’s spelled right) for being so patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout the ride. Their kindness and guidance made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Everyone at the stables was incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that felt warm and inviting. If you’re thinking about horseback riding—whether it’s your first time or you’re an experienced rider—I highly recommend Piscataway Riding Stables. I can’t wait to come back for another ride with King!

  The staff are great and knowledgeable. The stable rescues local horses on picturesque acres of land with trails, streams and foliage. The horses themselves are relatively easy to handle and a great learning experience. I would recommend this stable for beginners like myself and experienced riders. Our guide dog was truly entertaining, and added to the whole experience. 10/10, would recommend.

  I had such a wonderful time. With it being my first time riding a horse, I felt relax and safe. From the time we entered the gates the greeter and instructors were friendly, kind and patient. They made sure we understand how to handle the horses and mainly we were comfortable. I felt safe and comfortable. I'm planning to ride again.

  Nice to know this place is close by. Arrive around 10am on the weekend. No reservations required. As long as the weather is good, they will be riding. Trail was nice and safe. Horses are steady and easy going for all age groups. The workers really work hard and they make sure you are fitted right for the trail.
