  I have had 2 daughters who have been riding horses for over 12 years. My oldest came here to Duzan when she was senior in high school, how I wish she would have come here sooner! My youngest has been riding at Duzan for 5 years and it is the best barn we have ever been at. They have great instructors, teach a great work ethic and encourage a positive, supportive atmosphere for the team members who ride there. And, they treat their horses with the best love and care anyone could ask for!!

  This barn values quality instruction, safety, and a positive experience for its riders and horses. Our horse is extremely well cared for and our daughter has grown in confidence and skill as a rider all while creating lifelong friendships in a supportive environment. We have been part of the Duzan family for 5 years and would not want to be anywhere else!!

  My daughter is attending camp this week at Duzan Riding Academy for the third year in a row. She loves it! Each day is filled with crafts and games and visits to the chickens and other animals on the farm. Yesterday they made “pizzas” for the horses and she couldn’t stop talking about it. The counselors are advanced riding students and upper level United States Pony Club members and they are great with the kids. The campers also get a riding lesson each day from one of Duzan’s qualified adult instructors and they get to participate in a cute little horse show at the end.

  Our daughter recently did horse riding camp there which was 5 hrs per day for five days. Of the five hours, the kids were only actually on horses for 20 mins/day. Further, there were no adults to be seen as the camp was run by teenagers (who were very nice to their credit). I guess if you are looking for daycare with horses present this might be fine, however, if you are looking for an actual riding camp experience you may want to look elsewhere.
