  Such a great experience for my 15 year old daughter. She had a really rough year before joining BUH so her self esteem was extremely low. She absolutely loves animals and we knew working with the horses would be very healing for her. She was a little nervous at first but her riding instructor was so sweet and kind and helped her find herself and gain more confidence. Learning the 7 habits has been so helpful for her in dealing with day to day life. This is an amazing program for young girls who are lost and need healing or just need a boost in self confidence. I highly recommend!

  Updated: If you have a daughter this program is more than amazing it is life changing! Not only that once you are part of the Barn family you are Barn family for life! You get to come back and earn free lessons for the rest of your or your daughter's life! Putting up our pink horseshoe🩷 BUH has done amazing things in my life in just 7 short weeks. Living & practicing the 7 daily Habits has been such a liberating experience. My instructor is so amazing they all are. Patient, Caring and Kind. I look forward to spending more time in the barn Sharpening the Saw (Habit 7) whether feeding, Yoga, exercise or feeding the horses. This program has been life changing! I would definitely recommend it to anyone! Especially the girl's program I see changes in my teen, she is blossoming we both are. Thank you Bridle Up Hope for being here when we needed you most for continuing to be here! ❤️💖 This is an amazing program for Girl's & Women! The staff & horses are all incredible! Learning and Living the 7 Habits has truly changed our lives. We are so grateful for Bridle Up for Hope it came into our lives at the moment we needed it most❤️ I would definitely recommend this program to all families whether you have experienced trauma or are just having a hard time. They also have an amazing Shop @BridleUpHope all proceeds go back into the Program. Today my daughter completed the Girls program. She has had the best experience with her instructor and the horses. Her favorite is FrenchFry. Where there once stood a scared girl now stands a girl ready to take on new adventures. She is armed with the 7 Healthy Habits for Teens. Hannah is an amazing instructor so intune with her students. My daughter wants to grow up to do what she does🩷 it is time for her to Sharpen the Saw. Take care of her mind, body & spirit. I am forever grateful for this program and look forward to much more time spent there. Our new home away from home🩷 Thank you BUH for everything you do 🩷

  I did the 7 week program at BUH. I have been in deep grief since December 2025 and this program helped me find the path back to myself. I’ve learned so many lessons from my instructor and the incredible horses at the barn that I can keep in my tool belt when I have hard days. I would recommend this program to any women and girls in my life. 💖

  I’ve watched my sibling and my mother through this program and today it was finally my turn to move on (never leaving tho!) I’ve been going to the barn for about two years on and off and it really has changed my life. I started off as a broKen 15 year old girl. I was making stupid choices, not taking care of my self, and hurting others. The frist time I did this program was felt I was too far in to keeping going, I was Sabotaging myself. I stopped for about 6 months and watching my sibling go to service every day and getting more help made me want to come back and give it my all. So I came back and did just that. My life would not be the same without these horses or my instructor. They really showed me how to be a good person to others and myself. I’ve never felt so happy in my life then when I’m at the barn with my sisters doing service. I am now 17 almost 18 and yes I still have challenges but I know I will always have a home at bridle up hope.
