  Simply amazing! I took my 10, 8, and 6 year old daughters with varying levels of experience (including the 6 yo's first ride). Ben (the younger) was an amazing guide and took great care of us. It's clear how much he loves this place, as it shows in how he handles the horses and the kiddos. He did a lead line for my youngest, but I bet the horses would have followed him anyways. They are so well mannered and responsive. My daughters had an amazing time (and so did I). I highly recommend them if you're in the area.

  An absolutely perfect day! We just got off the horses and my child asked me to book a longer ride tomorrow! Beautiful, well loved, easy horses and a beautiful trail. Our guide, Ben, was fantastic! So friendly and personable. He made us feel very at ease. He is an experienced horseman (is that a word) and gave us clear guidance for the minimal handling we would have to do. Enjoy the barn cats, farm dog, turkeys, geese, and more while you get ready to ride. We will be back. For reference, the GPS route using state route 73 is much less isolated than rt 125 and the forest service road and service was much better for accessing turn by turn directions. I would take 73 on your first visit until you know where you're going. Thanks for a great day

  First off, as a parent of a 7 year old girl I was little nervous for her to ride on a trail on a horse for the first time. We'll let me tell you something folks!! Our guild Ben made it safe and fun for our daughter. He went over and beyond for her. He kept her talking and talking to her not that she would stop talking to begin with. To add to the stress it started to rain but Ben didnt let that stop us from going on our trail ride. He help every member of our group with directions and recommendations during our trip. He even stop the ride for pictures in the pouring rain!!! Then there were some up and down segments that even made me a little nervous. Good old Ben told us what to do and how to do it. Absolutely recommend Ben Happy Trails.

  Beatiful area to ride. Ben was very pleasant and knowledgable guide. The horses were well mannered. I hope to be back soon.
