  Highly recommend this place!! My two year old (and I) always look forward to Pony Hour where littles explore the stables, and enjoy a horseback ride, and we have told all of our friends about it! The animals are so happy and healthy, you can feel the love poured into this establishment. The staff is knowledgeable and sweet, answering all of our questions with enthusiasm. I follow them on Facebook for all the latest!

  My 9 year old absolutely loves coming to Behind the Bit for horse riding lessons! Her instructor, Rachel is always kind, patient, and encouraging, which made each lesson such a positive experience. You can really tell the animals are well loved and well cared for since they’re all so friendly and gentle. It’s a wonderful place for kids to learn and build confidence around horses. I definitely recommend Behind the Bit to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming environment for riding lessons!

  Amazing instructors who are very patient and kind (my kiddo rides pee wee on the fabulous ponies). The horses are awesome and well cared for. You feel like part of the family when you step on the property, and the atmosphere of the barn crew is a dream (the barn kids are happy to be there and they obviously love the horses and barn). I feel like my daughter is safe and cared for while we are there. Rachel has helped my daughter find a love for horses (she’s always begging to see Poppy!). I thank my stars we found our way to Behind the Bit. ❤️

  Very professional and takes the time to explain everything that is needed from getting the horses from the barn and preparing them to be saddled to teaching the proper way to ride during all parts of the lessons. The staff are all very friendly and have smiles on their faces ready to answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend for anyone that wants to learn how to ride properly or just have there kids learn how to ride and have a good fun time.
